Based in Vancouver, WA, Francesca has made childcare a big part of her life, making a profession out of it for nearly 7 years. She was first introduced to childcare by being the third oldest out of a large family of 6 kids. In high school she was known as the “neighborhood nanny” being hired by all of those in her neighborhood to watch they’re children whenever needed. Along with holding 3 full time nanny positions and working for a variety of summer camps, Francesca has cultivated a unique ingenuity for communicating and interacting with children of all ages and has dedicated herself to doing so. Francesca has been working with On the Go Childcare for 6 months, and has loved traveling the nation and pursuing something she is passionate about
